With so much material to review it took a while for us to find the following Electronic Voice Phenonema (EVP) from our Orman House trip. Electronic Voice Phenonema, a/k/a EVP's are purported to be recordings of a spiritual nature. These voices and sounds are not heard while recording is taking place and are usually found upon playback. Its been suggested that EVP's are no more than bleedover from the millions of electronic gadgets filling the airwaves. However, we present these electronic recordings as we found them on our equipment. You decide.

This EVP was captured on our GE Voice Recorder. It was captured in the kitchen area of the house. Listen for Meredith to say "If I could just clip this to my shirt I'd be alright" right afterwards you'll hear a voice say "It's beautiful here". The voice is not like any of those in the group and seems like a whisper.

This EVP was discovered on our Sony Handycam and in the office where strange occurances have been reported. First you'll hear our group member Mindie giggle about something then at about 4 seconds you'll hear "It's the gir!"

Another EVP caputured on the GE Voice Recorder and also in the kitchen area. The only male in the house or on the grounds was the park ranger who was at the house and on the computer. At the time the recording was taken, there was no reason for any of us to be laughing about anything because we were discussing the history of the house.

This was captured in the dining area of the house and with our GE Voice Recorder. You'll hear group member Jennifer say "I can take your picture though" then a whisper. We really can't make out what the voice is saying. If you have any ideas please feel free to email us!

This one has really astounded us! When you listen you'll understand out how strange this one is to us. Our idea of what is being said may seem a little far fetched but listen to it and see if it doesn't make you a believer! There are rumors that Al Capone had one of his mistresses at the Orman House and that she just disappeared one day.

This EVP may help support that theory. At the time we were discussing getting a group picture and how the timer worked on one of the cameras. Listen for Meredith to say "Turn that light off let me see if I can". Shortly afterwards you'll hear what we think is a spirit whispering "You can't" then a loug bang that resembles a gun shot. After that you'll hear what sounds like a gurgled "I love you".
